Complaints and returns


Please check the delivery for completeness and correctness after receipt of the goods.

Returns can only be processed and recorded with advance notice to GVB-geliMED staff.

Return of goods


Returned goods can be items that have been incorrectly ordered or incorrectly delivered. The items returned must not have been used and must be in their original packaging.

In the case of a return, you will receive a credit note or an exchange, depending on your requirements.

If it is a special item or a custom-made product, it is not possible to return the item you ordered.

Please note that in the event of a return, up to 20% of the value of the goods may be charged as a handling fee.

Complaints


A complaint arises if the item delivered by GVB-geliMED has a defect. Complaints can only be processed and recorded with prior notification to GVB-geliMED employees.

As soon as the item has arrived at GVB-geliMED, it will be checked in the medical technology department and, if necessary, the product will be replaced, repaired or you will receive a credit note.

In the event of a complaint or return, please let us know the reason for your concern and send the goods back to us after consultation.
