The ThermoCan system, consisting of ThermoCan disposable cannulas and a robust, reusable interface cable, facilitates the combined measurement of temperature and pressure. The cannulas are equipped with an airflow sensor and the interface cable with gold pins that are inserted into the nostrils of the cannulas. This transmits the thermal signal to the PSG, eliminating the need for thermocouples or thermistors.
